The Smoothest Route to Speaking Natural Sounding English

Level 3

Natural Sounding English

I realized there are many intricacies to speaking effective English that needed to be expanded upon. I put this section together so that an individual could see, hear and apply these principles to help them in their daily speech.

What’s in this section:

*Suffixes — These are endings to words to change the meaning. This section shows many common suffixes, how to pronounce and use them. There is an additional section on suffixes that describes when something is owned or when there is more than one of something.

*Pronunciation Rules and Exceptions — There are many pronunciation rules and just as many exceptions to those rules. This section helps a confusing topic be less confusing.

*Silent Letters and Familiarity — About 60% of the words in English have silent letters. This comes from the history and origins of these words and how the language changed but not the spelling in some cases. Learning more about these words and getting familiar with them will help you on your journey  to better speech.

*Complete Lists of Tongue Twisters — The original video in Section 1 had many tongue twisters. I have included thee full lists read aloud so you can attain higher skill in speech.

*Sections on The Flow Of The Language, Additional Information On Sounds and additional valuable tips to help you!
